Shelley Parker is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Summit HR Group, a woman-owned human resources consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations reach their highest potential through effective people strategies.
With over 30 years of experience as a Human Resource Professional, Shelley brings deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle — from compliance and performance management to leadership development and workplace culture. She has partnered with organizations across industries to provide practical, compliant, and business-minded HR solutions that align people strategy with organizational goals.
Shelley holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is known for her calm, collaborative approach and ability to simplify complex employment matters. She founded Summit HR Group with the belief that every organization, regardless of size, deserves access to knowledgeable HR guidance that supports both compliance and culture.
